HOW DOES THE HARMONIC SOUND BED WORK WITH CRYSTALS? The Harmonic Sound Bed is a unique experience along with crystals. Sound healing is not new. It was used by most ancient cultures. Many spiritual traditions speak of sound as being the formative force of creation. Sound is a powerful healing modality. Many believe audible sound therapy may offer the greatest potential in non-invasive healing.
We are all made of energy and when the body is healthy it “vibrates” in a coherent way. Sound healing synchronizes brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies. Sound has the almost magical power of restoring order to organisms that are malfunctioning.
The adult body is 70-80% water, and water is a great conductor for sound vibration. Sound travels 4 times faster in water than it does through air.
When vibrations travel through the body, they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation. The frequency of the sound synchronizes with the brainwaves and en-trains the body back into healthy state.
Sound Healing works on the principle that everything is vibration. All matter broken down to the sub-atomic level is simply a state of vibration. Molecular structure is the description of the state of vibration of physical matter.

The bed is made of strong wooden construction to provide the best sound resonance, with high density foam for comfort and sound penetration. On its own, the Harmonic Sound Bed provides harmonic balanced stereo sound at low frequencies vibrating through the cellular network of the body, releasing stress and allowing the cellular systems to remove blocked energies.
Eight powerful low frequency transducers harmonically balanced in stereo, provide the sound frequencies along with a range of music therapy in 432hz and & 528hz Love frequency which are proven to create healing vibrations for the mind, body and spirit.
Your experience is further optimised with a range of crystals. Some are situated beneath the Harmonic Sound Bed, in a healing grid radiating their protective and healing energies. Other crystals are placed between two upper layers of the mattresses. The top layer is a Memory Foam Mattress which helps to distribute the harmonic sounds and further increase comfort. A weighted blanket (can help you to feel held) is offered along with an eye pillow. This is all standard in your sound healing experience of 1/2 hour or full hour session. The longer is recommended.

The sound crystal healing was a beautiful spiritual experience and started out very moving and bought tears as I went to a higher place with spiritual beings welcoming me. I noticed the vibration of the music went to the areas of my body that most needed healing. It was like the sound knew where to go. A felt an emotional need to forgive myself for not receiving. I feel this would be great for people with anxiety or depression - there is an instant calming effect.

Crystal selection felt very appropriate. Loved the eye pillow and the weighted blanket helped me to feel held. My body felt incredibly still and relaxed throughout. I doubt that I would be that still in bed. In my mind I was moving/dancing with the music. I had some emotional reflections that floated through. Prior to the session I felt very disconnected.
